Favorite DreamTrip location: So far, Barcelona. It's a city that's so steeped in rich traditions, from its architecture to its culture, but has managed to become a contemporary global influence in so many other areas. And their soccer teams are not half-bad!

Must-take travel accessory: Though it seems there are smartphones that rival its capabilities, I must have my camera when I am exploring the world. There is something to be said about manipulating the lens, searching for that perfect angle and waiting until the sunlight hits just right to catch that one iconic shot.

Favorite travel read: Although "Catcher in the Rye" may not seem like vacation reading, it's easy to get into deeper material while swinging in a hammock on the beach.

Best song for the open road: Anything by Coldplay. Not only are they great musicians, but they are also extremely active in their charitable giving.
