Who would you rather have on your team? Someone who is coachable, excited and ready to hit the field or someone who you have to motivate to even suit up?
When you’re recruiting, it’s important that you sort people and not sell them. If someone has no interest in selling WorldVentures products or recruiting their own contacts, you will end up frustrated about their lack of engagement. You will also spend a lot of time trying to sell them on WorldVentures—time you could be spending working with someone who is already excited about our products and their chance to live a life with more fun, freedom and fulfillment!
