Rovia LTC Website Training

Dear LTC,

Please join us next week for some exciting Rovia LTC Website Training! Over the next several weeks, we will be conducting a series of small trainings for all of our LTCs and you're invited to join us as part of the first group. 

The training to be conducted Tuesday and Thursday (February 17 & 19, 2009). Please be aware that the same curriculum will be covered during each session. However, we want to be sure you have a training session that works with your schedule, so we are offering two training dates for your convenience.

Listen and learn as Rovia President Mike Putman will host the first training session on Tuesday, and Rob Baker will host the second training session on Thursday.

What you’ll learn:

• How to make the user clearly understand how to book travel

• How to add items to your shopping cart

• How to view your commissions

• How to manage and keep track of your travel and preferred customers

Plus, this virtual classroom training format will allow all participants to ask questions so that you can get all of your most difficult questions answered. Five minutes prior to the beginning of the session, you will need to log onto the training site using the link below:

Please RSVP by 5:00 p.m. CST Monday, February 16, 2009 by visiting: http://worldventures.acrobat.com/roviatraining to let us know which training session you would like to attend. We do ask that until all LTCs are trained, that you only enroll for one training session, as participation is limited to 200 attendees per training. When all LTCs have been trained we will conduct more training sessions and you will be notified.

Thursday, Feb. 19 1 -2 p.m. CST – Rob Baker
