Genealogy Placement Correction Form

WorldVentures reserves the right to change the placement of any Rep that was put into your downline through spillover based on either enroller input error or computer system input error, for 48 hours (two business days) after initial input. If requested within 48 hours, the error will be corrected and there will be no charge for the change. WV reserves the right to make these changes for upto one week after input however, after 48 hours the request to change may not be granted. If granted, there will be a $25 charge to the enroller which must be paid prior to the change being made.
