TravelPoints Redemption Form

Please submit this form online and fax just the receipts with your member id on them to (972)767-4382. It will take up to 3 business days to process this request.

Note:Only travel purchases used directly by a WorldVentures representative and travelers accompanying the representative will be eligible for redemption. Additionally, purchases must meet the following requirements:

- Travel Destinations must be a minimum of 75 miles from your home address.
- Only Air, Car, Hotel, and Cruise bookings are eligible for redemption.
- Food and Entertainment are not included (this includes hotel amenities, mini-bar, room service, etc.).
- A Minimum of $200 in travel purchases is required to redeem points.
- You must have enough TravelPoints to completely cover the cost of travel.
- No partial reimbursements will be issued. - Travel must have occurred prior to submitting for TravelPoints redemption.

I understand that any attempts to misrepresent my travel arrangements or in any other way defraud WorldVentures will lead to my termination as well as potential legal action.
