How long does it take to do a search on PowerSearch™?

• The average search takes 3 minutes or more, depending on the dates and destination. Some searches take longer based on the number of results. Most searches should start populating results within 60 seconds. Please be patient.
• Note: Some searches will not pull any results, such as searches done for more than 12 months in advance or certain destination/travel date packages with no availability from any vendor.

My U.S. destination city does not show up as an option when search flight + hotel, why not?

• Our technology was built to take advantage of the commissions available in leisure travel or vacation packages. This meant the first version or phase one of our travel technology would only search the most prominent destinations for vacation packages. This is the "nuts and bolts" of our company's phenomenal one-of-a-kind technology. In the near future, we will be introducing the ability to search any destination city in the U.S. (You can currently do this with the flight only search).

My Departure City is not listed from the departure city drop down, why not?

• We search the top departure (194 currently) cities in the country. Eventually, you will be able to search from the destination city of your choice.

When I do a search, I get no results at all, what am I doing wrong

• Our technology is compatible with Internet Explorer and Firefox on PC or Mac.

I have 2 different computers. Why can't I see the same "Previous Searches" on both machines?

• The previous results function stores the previous searches PER MACHINE based on unique IP address and cookies of that machine. Therefore only the searches generated from that particular computer will stored and displayed when requested.

Why do some of the "Ratings" in the flight + hotel search show up as N/A?

• The ratings are provided by the vendor(s) that we are searching. In some cases, the vendor does not have a rating for a particular hotel or no ratings at all. Additionally, in some cases, the exact same hotel has a different rating from one vendor to the next. Our WorldVentures™ Community launching soon will help define hotel ratings further and help you do even better hotel and destination comparisons.

In some cases, the available flights in the vacation search have dollar amounts next to them, does that mean that's an increase for that flight option?

• Yes. Some options might be a different airline or a direct flight option and will show an increase in price, per person.

How will I know when I have a confirmed reservation with the airline and hotel?

• In most cases (depending on time of day and booking load), you will receive an email with your travel itinerary with confirmed reservation numbers within 60 minutes. In some cases, you might receive an email asking you to confirm slightly altered itinerary options. This is caused by constant and continuous changes in the travel industry of price, availability of flights, hotel room and more. We are continuously striving to make our real time booking process faster and more convenient to book the best deal available for you on your behalf.
