MONDAY, JULY 16, 2012 Navigating Your New .Biz and Back Office In case you missed the announcement this weekend, or if you logged in to your back office and wondered why some things looked different, it’s because your new personalized .biz website (username.worldventures.biz) and back office are here! Check out Chief Strategy Officer Eddie Head’s Back Office Walkthrough video, and you will see all the great new capabilities you will enjoy from these new systems. Having just brought the new website and back office online yesterday, we are now in a to-be-expected process of capturing and resolving issues that arise as a result of a transition such as this. In the coming days, you may notice information being updated in your back office—rest assured this process is progressing well. Information that was in place prior to the system cut-over on Friday at midnight CDT has been successfully transferred to the new system. We are in the final stages of capturing updates from the weekend’s activity. We anticipate that this transition period will last through midweek. We are fortunate to have a very capable IT Operations team working quickly to resolve issues as they arise. We want to hear from you.
