Maximize Your Finances with New Training Events!

WorldVentures is giving you what you need to succeed in 2011 with new training events that will get you energized, inspired and focused all year. And the first round of training kicks off this weekend!

Regional Training Events

Join some of the best trainers in the business THIS WEEKEND when Regional Training Events kick off on Saturday, January 15, 2011, in seven locations around the world. Register in your back office to save $20 off of the walk-up rate.

On January 15, 2011, join us in:
- Cyprus with Bethany Webster
- Hungary with Wes Melcher
- Malta with Johnny Wimbrey
- Norway with Marc Accetta
- United Kingdom with Oz Koren

On January 16, 2011, join us in:
- Israel with Eric Grzybowski
- South Africa with Jefferson Santos

And remember, the Canadian Regional Training Event will now coincide with the training that’s happening in the United States that same day, February 19, 2011. Registration will be available in your back office very soon.

MOMENTUM!

It may be winter in the United States, but we’re going to really heat things up with MOMENTUM! in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 21-23, 2011.

This new training event will reveal the secrets of the most successful leaders and experts in WorldVentures. Coach Marc Accetta and his all-star training staff know you have what it takes to be a WorldVentures pro, and they’re ready to help you step up your game! Head to your back office today, and you too can join the starting lineup!

International MOMENTUM! Coming Soon!

Can’t manage to get to the States this month? Then mark your calendars for March when we’ll bring MOMENTUM! to you! That’s right! In March we’ll be loading up and heading overseas for TWO international events—one in Israel and the other location is entirely up to you.

How do you secure this new event for your country? Just get all of your team members to register for this weekend’s Regional Training Event. The country with the highest attendance will win the rights to host the first international MOMENTUM! in March! Sign up now to help your country win!

The eWallet Is Making Your Life Easier!

Great news—the new eWallet is allowing consistency in every country and making your life easier! Have you heard how this new payment tool makes receiving commission payments, transferring funds, purchasing products and paying bills easy? The eWallet can do all that—and more! It’s a fantastic new tool that we’re happy to announce will be available to every market as of next week.

And did you know some countries have had to use euros while others are using U.S. dollars (USD) for all their WorldVentures transactions? Well, with the help of the eWallet, that’s changed, too. Every country will now begin using USD for product purchases and commission payments. (We’re beginning to think the “e” in eWallet stands for “easy.”)

We’re very excited to be bringing you the eWallet, and we look forward to bringing you many more new tools in the coming year.

New Year, New Country

You first heard the news at International Millionaire Boot Camp, and now the launch date is set. Greece will officially open for business on January 31, 2011! We know many of you will be counting down the days, and to stoke the fires of your enthusiasm and get you as excited about opening Greece as we are, be sure to visit the Greek National Tourism Organisation's website to learn about Greece's history, culture, destinations, cuisine and much more. So take a few minutes to browse through the website and explore all this ancient land has to offer!

Customer Service Corner

Last week we introduced a new weekly column by WorldVentures Senior Manager of Customer Services Sean Wilson, who manages Client Services in Plano, Texas, and Rovia Support in Greenville, South Carolina. Each week, Sean will use his in-depth knowledge of the sales field and WorldVentures systems to address some of the most commonly asked questions his team receives.

Your Feedback Is Requested

To help you get more from your Client Services partners, my management team, which includes Department Supervisor Matt Phelps and Corporate Trainer Tony Robinson, and I would like to hear about your experiences working with our department.

After speaking with one of the Client Services Representatives (CSRs), were your questions answered accurately and to your satisfaction? What was your wait time like? Was the issue you called about resolved in a timely manner? We need your feedback so that we can continue to improve the WorldVentures Representatives’ experience when they call or email our team. And if a CSR gave exceptional service or went above and beyond to assist you, we want to hear about that, too!

Send all feedback—positive and negative—to cstraining@worldventures.com. If you’re sending in a compliment for one of the CSRs, we ask that you include “CSR Compliment” in the subject line. Or if you’re more of a paper and pen person, you can also mail a letter to the corporate office with my name (ATTN: Sean Wilson) on the envelope. We read all of the comments and post the complimentary letters in Client Services to share with the other team members. But there’s one note: Under no circumstances can a CSR solicit your complimentary letter or email. In an effort to continually improve our service, we want your feedback to be honest and unsolicited. If you send a positive review of a CSR’s performance, we want you to feel compelled to do so, rather than obligated. So until next week, continue to call or email us with any questions you may have about your WorldVentures business—we’re always ready to help!

Next week, Sean will share tips on navigating Client Services’ automated phone system prompts. And he’ll tell you how to avoid being transferred to another department. If you want to know all the shortcuts, whether you’re calling the Plano Call Center or the Rovia Support Center in Greenville, you won’t want to miss next week’s column!
