- Resolve to Have a Financially Fit New Year Resolve to Have a Financially Fit New Year A new year means a fresh start. It's the perfect time to solidify those resolutions and establish new routines and habits that will help you achieve your goals. And according to the New Year's resolutions survey on the British website GoCompare.com, financial goals are at the top of the list this year. The problem for many of us is that a resolution is many times easier to break than to keep, and a few months down the road, many of us throw in the towel. So WorldVentures is stepping up to help you keep those resolutions in 2011 with new training that will get you energized, inspired and focused for the entire year. Regional Training Events Training events kick off on January 15th for a weekend of eight Regional Training Events (RTEs) around the world with some of the best trainers in the business. On January 15, 2011, join us in: On January 16, 2011, join us in: Did you think we forgot Canada? No way. The Canadian RTE has been postponed until February 19, 2011, to coincide with the Regionals happening in the United States that same day. Registration will be available in your back office very soon. MOMENTUM! Then things will really heat up at MOMENTUM! Join us in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 21-23, 2011, for this brand new training event. Athletes know there are two key elements to momentum: achieving it and maintaining it. At MOMENTUM!, you'll learn how to do both. International Director of Training (aka Coach) Marc Accetta and his all-star staff will throw you the ball and teach you the skills you'll need to execute the big plays. Plus, you'll learn how to turn your team of rookies into an experienced all-star squad in no time! Not sure you can make it to the States in January? Then we'll bring MOMENTUM! to you! That's right, this all-new training event is loading up and heading overseas for TWO international events, and where one of them ends up is completely up to you. One event is set for Israel, but the other one is up for grabs. The city with the highest RTE attendance in January will win the rights to host the first international MOMENTUM! in March! Not registered for a Regional yet? Sign up now to help your country be victorious! What better way to continue the celebrations of the new year than to celebrate new ranks? Congratulations to all of you on your outstanding achievements, and we look forward to seeing all of our international Reps rise through the ranks. New National Marketing Directors New Directors New Senior Reps International Reps Are Huge Rockstars! It's not official, but it looks like the international field is full of rockstars! The Rockstar Holidays 2 contest officially closed at 11:59 p.m. on New Year's Eve in Dallas, and according to the initial standings, the three top spots were won by international Reps from Israel, Singapore and Hungary. Way to go! The rankings need to be audited to make sure every entry is valid, but we should officially have the names of the Rockstar Holidays 2 winners in the next few weeks. Stay tuned to WV News for the formal announcement. This week, we're introducing a new column in WV News, "Customer Service Corner." Each week, WorldVentures Senior Manager of Customer Services Sean Wilson, who manages Client Services in Plano, Texas, and Rovia Support in Greenville, South Carolina, will share his insight into the field and answer some of the most-asked questions the call centers have been receiving. So, if you've ever wondered how your downline dashboard can help you with your business or had questions about redeeming your Travel Dollars, you won't want to miss Sean's weekly message! We're celebrating a new year here at the WorldVentures corporate office, and we want to announce the establishment of a new partnership between your Client Services teammates and you, the Representatives. As Senior Manager of Customer Services, I want you to have confidence in Client Services' ability to address your questions and fulfill requests with the utmost urgency, accuracy and courtesy. I accept full responsibility for your inquiries being processed to your satisfaction, and I know that preparation is the key to ensure quality. So, before a representative is allowed to answer your call, they undergo about one month of training. And then, to stay abreast of the latest updates affecting you and your business, all Client Services representatives take refresher courses and tests throughout the year, and undergo a monthly quality assurance inspection. Each month, a sampling of your "live" calls are reviewed, and on each call, Client Services representatives must pass stringent criteria, including courtesy, listening skills, resolving issues, accuracy and completeness, summarization of results, confirming your satisfaction, and finally, seeking opportunities that offer further assistance. We believe our mantra, "one call resolution is our goal," lays out our strategy for offering a full partnership with WorldVentures' Reps, and it's something we strive to work toward daily. You can contact Client Services for help three ways: by calling Client Services directly at 972-805-5100, by emailing your requests to the eTeam at eteam@worldventures.com, or through your back office by clicking the "Support" tab and then "Support Request/Online Forms." Until next week! Next week, Sean will further discuss WorldVentures and Rovia's focus on partnering with the field and ask for your feedback about your recent experiences with the WorldVentures and Rovia call centers. A group of us got to get away from the RIU Palace for a while and experienced some of the city's culture to meet people from the community. We even stayed up all night for two nights in a row and watched the sun set. Plus, my daughters were able to come, and we got to share experiences that I'll treasure forever. The whole trip was just wonderful, and it's definitely the best vacation I've ever taken. My daughters and I are even planning to go back to the resort this year for spring break.” We look forward to seeing you on a fun and relaxing DreamTrip soon! Have a great weekend!
