2011 Starts Off with a Bang!

What a fantastic turnout for the international Regional Training Events! Over 1,000 Reps worldwide were trained simultaneously at the seven international events January 15 and 16. In Israel, the event was sold out and it was standing room only! And exciting news was shared in Malta, when it was announced Franco Buhagiar was the first Rep in Gozo (sister island to Malta) to reach the rank of Senior Rep. Congratulations, Franco!

So now all of you who were in the trainings can start cashing in by implementing those new skills you learned. We look forward to hearing your stories of success in the near future!

Reps from every international market (and even from some we haven’t opened in yet) descended upon Las Vegas for MOMENTUM! last weekend. This action-packed new training has everyone eager to start using their newfound knowledge to step up their game. There were tons of exciting announcements, including Oz Koren and Michael Gurvich of Israel being formally recognized for achieving the rank of National Marketing Director! Way to go, Oz and Michael! We know not all of you could make it to Las Vegas, so we’re hosting THREE international MOMENTUM! events in March and April!

If you're serious about learning how to achieve—and maintain—momentum in your business, head to one of these MOMENTUM! events:
March 5-6, 2011 – Budapest, Hungary
March 13-14, 2011 – Tel Aviv, Israel
April 2-3, 2011 – Johannesburg, South Africa (registration page coming soon)

Go the distance. Get MOMENTUM! Register today.

The eWallet Is Now Available

As of this week, the new eWallet—which makes receiving commission payments, transferring funds, purchasing products and paying bills easier than ever—is now available in all markets.

We think you’ll find working with I-Payout’s eWallet a straightforward process, but if you do encounter any issues while setting up your eWallet, have any questions, or just want someone to walk you through the process step by step, simply click on the chat button on the eWallet site or send an email to I-Payout through their contact form, and you’ll get the support you need.

  • Roughly 16.5 million tourists visit Greece each year—that’s more than the country’s entire population!
  • Greeks enjoy a fantastic climate, with more than 250 days of sunshine—or 3,000 sunny hours—each year.
  • When waving, Greeks prefer to keep their palm closed because it’s considered an insult to show the palm of your hand.
  • You’ll find more archaeological museums than any other country in Greece.
  • Athens is one of the oldest cities in Europe. It’s also the birthplace of democracy, Western philosophy, the Olympic Games, political science, Western literature, historiography, major mathematical principles, and Western theories of tragedy and comedy.

Customer Service Corner

With Sean Wilson, WorldVentures and Rovia Senior Manager of Customer Services

Time-Saving Tips from the Call Centers

Almost two years ago when I joined WorldVentures, I promised the executive team that I would help the Client Services team improve its level of customer service, and specifically, reduce call wait times. I’m happy to say that I’ve been able to keep my promise to the executives, and last year Chief Strategy Officer Eddie Head announced that on average, Reps wait less than one minute for a Client Services representative (CSR) to assist them. And while waiting less than a minute doesn’t seem like a very long time, when you’re on hold, one minute can seem like an eternity!

But, just like there are peak traffic hours at the drive-thru or in the grocery store, there are also times during the day and week when calls into the customer service centers tend to spike upward. The WorldVentures and Rovia call centers use an internal system to constantly monitor our call traffic, similar to how transportation engineers monitor traffic on the roads and highways. From our analysis of this information, we’ve learned that between 8 and 10 a.m. CST, Reps experience the shortest wait times and that we usually receive the fewest number of calls on Friday.

But maximizing your time doesn’t have to start when you reach a CSR! When you dial the call center’s phone number, simply knowing which option to choose beforehand can prevent frustration and misdirected questions.

Here’s a complete list of the options you’ll have when you call in. Remember, all of the phone options listed below are subject to change, but when they do, we’ll let you know in “Customer Service Corner.”

DreamTrips Memories

“In January 2010, my wife and I went on our first DreamTrip to Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, and it was great! It was a lot nicer place than I would have ever paid for on my own. My 78-year-old mom's a member of my team, and she just got back from a cruise to Alaska, which she still brags about. Your WorldVentures business is what you make of it. The people who want to help themselves will do quite well.”

— Craig Thiessen, Washington, USA

We look forward to seeing you on a fun and relaxing DreamTrip soon!
