Regional Training Events

WorldVentures hosts Regional Training Events in over a dozen markets across the United States. Featuring one of WorldVentures’ National Trainers, a Regional Trainer, as well as host leaders from local markets, these training events are invaluable. Here Representatives receive key information to help them succeed with WorldVentures. The events are held in almost every major region across the country, so they can be accessible to everyone.


Leadership Acceleration Workshops

The Leadership Acceleration Workshops are led by National Director of Training Marc Accetta, a veteran in the direct selling industry, together with our carefully selected National Trainers (all of whom are top performers with WorldVentures). These workshops cover the basic skills necessary to build a profitable business, and they also focus on developing the personal skills necessary for long term success—everything from understanding personality types, to becoming a better listener, to developing a positive attitude and a winning mindset.


Journey

Journey is a five-day workshop which focuses on helping you develop balance all areas of your life: family, financial, physical, spiritual, social, and emotional. This annual event, sometimes referred to as “summer camp for adults,” is very interactive and takes you on a "journey" of self-discovery. Participants are welcomed into a safe and relaxing environment which is conducive not only to personal development, but also to developing closer personal relationships with one another.


A View from the Edge

Utilizing “edutainment,” this three-day workshop combines educational content with entertainment. During this annual workshop, National Director of Training Marc Accetta takes on the role of many different characters ranging from George Washington, to a farmer, to Neo from The Matrix. The edutainment concept is used so the audience can grasp key teaching points – including direct selling fundamentals, business-building strategies and more personal subject matter concerning relationships and life. Marc uses a sensory experience to increase memory retention and teaches poignant life lessons which will make you laugh and cry through it all.
