Change to Personal Sales Bonus (Spring Break Bonus)

Section 4 of the DTU Program Plan will be replaced by:

The weekly direct commission is not payable on DreamTrips U Memberships. The Personal Sales Bonus (also known as the Spring Break Bonus) shall be paid according to the value of the sales made by any Representative to a maximum of $250. The value of sales shall be credited as follows for all Representatives including College/Young Professional Representatives:

DreamTrips Membership /DreamTrips Life Membership per sale = $41.67

DTU Membership per sale = $20.84

For example, a Representative makes the sales below in a pay period of four weeks and receives the bonus amount calculated.
