Chief Operating Officer

Since Jon McKillip’s arrival at WorldVentures, his focus on growing the customer base, increasing profitability, and adding product value has succeeded in diversifying and expanding business. Jon has managed the company’s growth in major marketing partnerships, co-branded initiatives, the VIP program, and the reorganization of marketing tools, sales aids, and events planning. In his tenure at Marriott Vacation Club, he was responsible for operations and execution of all aspects of business for multiple resorts, which resulted in millions of dollars in increased revenue. He has achieved great success at the executive level in multiple network marketing companies and as a top-level international distributor, building teams in the tens of thousands.
